BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
It's easy to book yourself into Andrea's online calendar by using the "Book a Session" button on each page.
If you prefer, Andrea can schedule an appointment for you. Just give her a call or send an email, she will be happy to do so.
If you would like to chat with Andrea before booking a session, drop her an email, or call and leave a message. Please be aware that she cannot always return your call the same day.
HOW DO THE APPOINTMENTS WORK?
When booking your appointment, you will select which communication platform you prefer. Andrea will contact you on that platform at the time of your appointment.
FEES
Single Session: 190.00 per session.
Double Session: 380.00 per session.
Single sessions are 50 minutes.

ABOUT INSURANCE
Andrea Beck's services are covered by insurance plans that cover "social work", "MSW RSW", "registered social worker" or "psychotherapy" or "Psychotherapist". Please check your plan for coverage.

Tuesday: 9am - 12pm, 3pm - 7pm
Wednesday: 9am - 12pm, 3pm -- 7pm
Thursday: 9am -- 12pm
Please note, appointments are required. If you are in crisis, please go to your nearest hospital.

CANCELLATION
Since your counsellor sees only one client at a time, appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to the full session fee. If a cancelled session is subsequently taken by someone else, your fee will be refunded. Alternatively, you may assign the session to a family member or friend.
PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALTIY
Your privacy is of the utmost importance and when you schedule your appointment in the online calendar you will read the "conditions of confidentiality" so that you are fully informed of the limits of confidentiality at Beck & Associates.
Your session notes are kept safely in an offline computer and therefore cannot be accessed by even the most sophisticated hackers. Your booking confirmation and invoice, however, are sent to you via the internet.
Platforms such as Skype, Zoom (both AES Encrypted), FaceTime and What's App (both End to End Encrypted) are encrypted to protect against malicious eavesdropping. However, complete confidentiality is also dependent upon what happens at client's end of the call, which is beyond the control of Beck & Associates. As with any online counselling, you are responsible for securing privacy at your end and we cannot guarantee 100% confidentiality for computer mediated communications.
